“ I couldn't wait to write my review for this place because I was blown away by my food last night. I appreciated that I was able to order on the phone before coming in and avoided waiting for anything. The place itself is small, casual a typical Chinese spot in town. We ordered two iced teas which were great (not too sugary) very refreshing. And two orders of their chicken wings with rice. Their wings were a 10/10. Perfectly cut and crispy! The rice was great as well, was not too oily and the portion was reasonable for the price. I will for sure be back and one day hope to sit in. ”

“ I have tried virtually all of the quick takeout Chinese restaurants in the Westchester and Bronx. Quite simply, Golden Imperial is one of the ugliest, yet is the best Chinese takeout!!! I am originally from Brooklyn, the Chinese takeout capital of the world. There is only one problem with Golden Imperial...and it is a big one. There is nowhere to park, and I mean nowhere. Unless you want to risk a parking ticket, you can drive around for an hour. What I suggest is that you pull up on the sidewalk next to the restaurant on the Warren Street side, get out of your car, order your food and sit in your car until your order is complete. It is worth the hassle. ”
